Terms and Conditions

1. Our small business is dynamic and payment is currently limited to Venmo or other emailed arrangements.

2. Delivery will be made within 70 days following Cecilia Sifuentes’ receipt of payment. We intend to have this delivered promptly and greatly appreciate your patience in this exchange. It is my firm opinion that my best pieces cannot be rushed and your patience allows us both to produce our best products. Any product delays will be the result of legitimate, ethical or other breaches. I will not send a product that does not meet our high standard. 

3. If you need a gift to be rush ordered, please tell me at your earliest convenience via email. I will do my very best to be flexible with your preferences.

4. Payment may be sent to Venmo account: @Ceci-Sifuentes. Please describe the piece in the comments section or book a time for us to verbally discuss your purchase. If this is not feasible, please email sifuentesfineart@gmail.com for alternate arrangements.

5. Damages and/or issues with the product are not subject to replacement, but WILL be acknowledged. We strive for excellence and would be happy to hear about ANY order issues/feedback. Please email sifuentesfineart@gmail.com with these concerns.

6. Prices may decrease depending on delivery location.
